Beautiful antique porcelain vase made from an Ohio Valley China Company blank and individually decorated with hand painted florals and elaborate gold gilt detailing. The ornate pierced top and sculptural shape make this such a unique late Victorian piece.
The underside has the O.V. mark along with the artist/decorator initials “E.L.H.” and “’97,” believed to indicate decoration in 1897.
Antique condition with age-related wear, including loss to some of the gold decoration and a hairline/crack and a missing piece in the ornate upper section, all shown in photos. Please review photos closely for condition.
